감상자의 시선을 현혹하는 조형의 마력은 바로 여기에 있다. 고상하고 현학적인 사고를 유도하는 그림이 아니라 감정을 자극하는 그림이다. 그의 작품은 인물만을 부각시키는 초상화 형식이 대다수를 차지한다. 하지만 그 여성의 이미지는 지극히 비현실적이다. 무엇보다도 구체적인 형태묘사를 지양하여 개략적이고 생략적으로 표현하고 있기에 그렇다 다시 말해 인물화임에도 불구하고 눈, 코, 입, 귀 등 세부적인 묘사를 찾아보기 어렵다.
Dazzling color space which continues to have harmony as well as contrast of brilliant primary colors makes usual viewers temporary confused. It has the spell of formativeness which dazzles eyes of viewers. It is the picture which does not induce noble and pedantic thinking but stimulates the emotion. Most of her artworks have portrait format highlighting figures. However, the image of a woman is very unrealistic. Above all, she avoids drawing specific appearance and she gives rough and elliptical ｅxpressions in her artworks. In other words, even if it is a portrait, it is difficult to find specific ｅxpression such as eyes, nose, mouth, ears, etc.

눈과 코, 입은 간결한 선이나 점으로 처리하고 만다. 더구나 그 얼굴 형태가 실상과는 다르게 표현된다. 그의 작품은 이제까지 보아온 고상하고 우아한 자태의 여성을 묘사해온 초상화 형식의 작품들과는 확연히 다른 시각적인 이미지 및 정서를 보여준다. 인물의 형태를 생략하거나 단순화하는 것은 물론이요, 변형하고 왜곡하기도 한다. 그런데도 하등 이상하게 보이지 않는다. 오히려 사실적으로 묘사한 여성상에서 느낄 수 없는 파격의 미에 호기심어린 시선을 보내게 된다. 여성이 가지고 있는 태생적인 아름다움조차도 부정하고 파괴하듯 거칠고 힘차며 자유롭게 전개되는 조형언어는 사뭇 반항적이다.

However, it does not look strange. on the contrast, I look at extraordinary beauty which I cannot appreciate from a realistic portray of woman with curiosity Figurative languages are expressed roughly, strongly and freely as if they deny and destroy the inherent beauty of woman. They are quite rebellious.

그는 남들과 다른 시각으로 세상을 바라본다. 그 자신만의 시각은 여성의 이미지를 환상적으로 표현하는 동력이다. 실상과 허상, 즉 실제와 그림의 차이를 명확히 인식하고 있다. 실상을 통해 만들어지는 인물이 아니라 회화적인 상상이 만들어낸 환상인 것이다. 그의 작품에는 일상성을 벗어나는 초월적인 세계가 자리한다. 그 초월적인 세계는 다름 아닌 회화적인 환상이자 이상이다.

Reality and illusion, in other words, she clearly recognizes the difference between reality and picture.
