Butterflies fly tens of thousands of kilometers with their slender wings. Where does such vitality come from? Perhaps it was because she was able to empty herself by letting go of her own greed after years of hard work.
Humans follow life according to their own way of life and values. The answer to the equation appearing in my work is 0 or infinity(∞). In the end, where are we headed? I want the white snow to fall and cover it, and only my soul to fly lightly.
나비는 가녀린 날개로 수 만 킬로를 난다. 그러한 생명력은 어디에서 오는 것일까? 아마도 그것은 인고의 세월을 거치며 결국 자신의 욕심을 내려놓고 스스로를 비울 수 있었기 때문이 아닐까?
인간은 저마다의 삶의 방식과 가치관대로 인생을 쫒고 있다. 나의 작품 속에 등장하는 방정식의 답은 0이거나 무한대(∞)이다. 결국 우리가 지향하는 곳은 어디인가. 하얀 눈이 실컷 쏟아져 덮어 버리고 영혼만 가볍게 날아오르고 싶다.
