나비가 자유의 날개를 얻기 위해 끊임없이 자신을 죽이고 새롭게 하는 것에서 나는 생명의 본질을 본다. 이 원형은 생명의 모체이기도 하고 나의 자아이기도 하다. 이러한 원형의 공간은 나를 기르는 알이기도 하며 세계, 나아가 우주로까지 확장된다.

 

원형은 ‘숫자 0(zero)’를 의미하기도 하며 이 ‘0’은 결국 무한대와 연결된다. 색(色)이 시작되는 공(空)이기도 하다. 몇 번이나 허물을 벗었으나 진정한 자아를 찾아 또 다른 비상을 꿈꾸는 나비의 꿈처럼….

I see the essence of life in the butterfly constantly killing and renewing itself in order to gain wings of freedom. This archetype is the mother of life and also my self. This circular space is also an egg that raises me and extends to the world and even the universe.

The circle also means ‘the number 0(zero)’, which is eventually connected to infinity. It is also the void where color begins.
