A South Korea Artist Rhee Jeong Yoen will hold an invited individual exhibition from October 14 to November 15 at the “PAN, Palazzo delle Arti Napoli-Museums in Naples of Italy” for the first time as an Asian.
Jeong Yoen Rhee is hemp cloth, traditional Korean paper handmade from mulberry trees, sap of the lacquer tree, charcoal, ashes and nacre ect use of materials.
She unraveled the expansion of Oriental causes through the original formative method of communication and harmony, from nature to human beings, to the universe and gods, to the expansion of the artistic and the domestic and foreign art circles be favorably receive.
A total of 72 works will be presented, ranging from large-scale works, focusing on the ‘Meeting(Mannam,1996-99)’ and the ‘RINASCITA(Re-Genesis,2000-2020)’series.
She had a private exhibition 2014 ‘Mori Art Museum-Tokyo Japan’, ‘Palazzo Tagliafero Museum-Andorra Italy’, 2015 New York City ‘Steinberg Museum of Art-Longisland University.’
The exhibition drew attention from ‘PAN, Palazzo delle Arti Napoli.’ Titled ‘RINASCITA’, the Italian equivalent of ‘Re-Genesis’, Curated by ‘Paola De Ciuseis’ took charge of exhibition curating.
In November last year at the Hangaram Art Museum, Seoul Arts Center, Korea ‘The art of Jeong-Yoen Rhee, 40years’ which was praised by art lovers. This is the first exhibition since then.
